I’m Simone Doswell, founder of Build Your Vision. I’m a leadership mentor and confidence coach working with managers, CEOs, founders, employees and mothers returning to work supporting individuals and growing businesses to lead, work and grow with confidence and clarity.
With over 21 years’ experience in management and people leadership, I’ve led large teams, supported leaders at different stages of their careers, and partnered with founders as they build and grow their businesses. I understand the pressures that come with leadership, responsibility and growth and how confidence plays a critical role in navigating them well.

Confidence Comeback™ is a 6-week programme for women returning to work after maternity leave. It provides supportive, practical coaching to help women rebuild confidence, reconnect with their professional identity and transition back into work feeling grounded and capable.
HR Consultancy
I also work with growing businesses (up to 20 employees) who need their people foundations set up properly as they build and manage teams without corporate processes or confusing HR language.
